Here’s Why You’re Falling Short of your Health and Fitness Goals

Upwards of 80% of people never achieve their health and fitness-related goals and new years resolutions.

Here’s one of the reasons, plus what you can do to ensure you don’t get kicked off the saddle when the going gets tough and stick with what you truly want, need and can achieve for a better you.

So you have health and fitness goals in mind. You know what you want to achieve, but here’s the real big question… do you know WHY you want to achieve it?

Whether you want to get in the best shape of your life like you were just a few years ago or live a healthier lifestyle which includes better eating habits and more physical daily activity or maybe you just want to shed those pesky last 5 LBS… all of these and the many new year’s resolutions and goals whizzing through the minds of millions, are very reasonable and reachable goals by the way, but after the first step of defining the specifics of your end goal, the all-important ‘why’ really needs to be determined. It’s time to be completely honest and true to yourself… ‘Why is this goal important to me and why do I need to achieve this?’ Asking yourself these questions will bring you that much closer to knowing what will truly move and propel you in your unstoppable way to achieve your unique and personal goal.

Know that’s it’s your deep-rooted ‘why’ that fuels drive, focus, determination, plus the doable actions that truly help you achieve what you’ve set out to accomplish. Having a real compelling reason ‘why’ you should start, plus with what follows as you continue on with your journey that started with just a few first steps, you’ll soon have the rock-solid foundation needed to succeed, allowing patience to shine on what you’ll soon feel is an enjoyable adventure on your terms. So, let’s become the 20% today of those who do achieve and not only at the start of a new year but at any time you choose.
